Ok,
1. I don't think that is Miley Cyrus.
2. The Tank just looks like its a little small.
3. Just cause her bra shows, doesn't mean its racy. My bra shows through allot of my shirts when they are taken from that angle,

4. If that is Miley, I think its good that she is confident for her age.
5. So what if she shows her bra. Have none of you been out to the pool, beach, or local Wal Mart store? There are five year olds in nothing but a pair of short (and I mean short, like panties) and a tank thats like a bra, a very lingerie type bra.
6. Were none of you every teens? EVERY TEEN MAKES MISTAKES. Miley is just put in the spotlight because she is famous.
7. How are six year olds gonna find this shot anyway? Because, yes, every six year old is mature enough (and for that matter trusted) to be on the internet alone. And, yes, it will be on every local news station that ive year olds watch anyway.
